Valley Girl

Today… is Friday Fish Fry Day, kicking off six weeks of searching the DMV for a plain-ass piece of fried cod. I can get a lovely tempura shrimp on every street corner. Catfish, of course. A Salvadoran tilapia, absolutely. But it is Lent and my Ohio Valley soul cries out for Steve’s Fish & Chips. $9.25 for a meal, and it comes with cole slaw.
