I owe you an apology. On Friday, I told a friend that I anticipated this would probably be a quiet week. Like I don’t know better. Now, did my off-hand remark guarantee that the Supreme Court will do something on Texas today? Of course not. But it sure as hell didn’t help.
is the 50th anniversary of Reed v Reed, the first major Supreme Court decision affirming that discrimination based on gender is unconstitutional because it denies equal protection.
Won’t it be… something… if they unravel that today.
