#RediscoverFlatbreads
Today…
is Homemade Bread Day and National Butter Day, and I’m saying that is a model for smart coalition work. I wonder if this is, like, their Roe anniversary, sweating every year to come up with new toplines. (“Rediscover Flatbreads.” “I love it. Should we launch a new hashtag/tweetchat/landing page?” “Please no.” “Can we make it go viral?”)
I’m generally not a fan of any recipe that requires me to do this –– so I have been all about the no-kneads in the recent years, settling recently on this version from New York Times. One bowl, no flour on the counter, excellent results.
Parenting challenge today: try explaining Pauly Shore, MTV circa 1990, etc etc, to a tween without sounding or feeling 87 years old. For extra credit, do Randee of The Redwoods.
