I found out that Capital Pride Alliance’s Colorful Fest has been moved from Dupont/Logan Circle to Union Market on the other side of the goddamn world. Yes, it makes perfect sense, there’s much more outdoor space, and yes, I’ve been telling the kids we should get down there, it’ll be fun, we’ll be fine, but *poutstomppout* it’s so far.
