Today…
is National Chai Day, for the basic among us who aren’t particularly fond of the PSL. I implicate myself here, absolutely. I love a chai, find the PSL way too sweet.
Back in Columbus, ‘bout a hundred years ago, I worked for a state senator. We did piles of constituent services, and I’d keep my recent and active cases in a regular old alphabetical file, one folder for each letter. Except eeevery once in a while, I’d have someone extra who warranted his own folder and label: A, B, Raven Bean, C, D. This is about where I am with Texas. (At least until Arkansas comes back into session.)
