Today… Dry brining the turkey, finishing the sauce, assembling the gnocchi* (to be baked tomorrow alongside the green beans) and making the Big Nana jello I wasn’t able to get to yesterday. Also some hours of work. Plus kids. Gotta love it.
*Back home, no one in the family pronounced the ‘i’ on gnocchi, but they do toss on an ‘s,’ so for you I say I’m putting together a pan of gnocchi, but in my head, I’m makin’ the gnocchs.
