is Native American Women’s Equal Pay Day, the day when the typical Native American woman’s 2019 salary catches up to what an average white man made in just the calendar year. And if I’m reading this correctly, Native American woman are the only group for whom equal pay day is later in 2020. In 2019, it was September 23. (Lord knows what next year will look like… ugh.)
