Decisions, decisions
Today…
is Bill of Rights Day.
in 1995, the Minnesota Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling in Doe v. Gomez, affirming that the state’s constitution protects not only the right of Minnesotans to have an abortion, but also decide to have an abortion without government interference or bias. I can say that line in my sleep.
is International Tea Day. My heart will always be with coffee, but especially in the colder months, I have a tea almost every night. (Between me and you? I find the gatekeeping higher with tea, so I mostly keep my pedestrian tastes to myself.)
Let’s try something. I’m thinking may as well pause the newsletter for the full two weeks around the holidays, starting December 20, returning January 3 (the day after my birthday ahemahem). So tell me, would you even be in town, working, checking email those two weeks?
